SOURCE: I am changing the handlebars to 16

To change the throttle/idle cables, first you need to remove the fuel tanks so you can get to the carb/throttle body. Loosen the adjusters at the throttle grip on the handlebars. Remove the idle cable first and the remove the throttle cable from the carb/throttle body. Then take the two bolts out of the throttle grip housing halves and carefully seperate them. Remove the old cables from the twist grip. Reinstall new cables in the reverse procedure. Before starting the bike, make absolutely sure that the throttle cables work like they're supposed to and the carb/throttle body will close completely.

To remove the clutch cable, remove exhaust system or whatever might be in the way on the right side of the bike. You need to remove the right side transmission cover. Drain the transmission oil. Remove the chrome right side transmission cover. Disconnect the clutch cable from the clutch release mechanism. Screw the end of the clutch cable out of the cover and take the cable loose from the clutch lever on the handlebars. Reinstall in reverse order making sure you install a new O-ring on the cable at the transmission cover. Replace cover and refill transmission with oil. Reinstall anything else you had to take off.

SOURCE: i want replace the stock cables on a 03" hd xl

The best way to do this is to actually mount the handlebars and use stiff wire to "fabricate" the cables to find the exact length you need. With that, you can either order the closest one available or have Barnett custom make the cables for you. While you're waiting on the cables, you can be working on lenghtening your wiring for the switches.

SOURCE: Iwant to install a set

Nobody sells a kit specifically for this job but the parts are available. Custom Chrome sells the wiring extension kits. Barnett offers or will make us a set of cables for you but you must tell them the length of the cables. Once you figure out how long the cables need to be, you may find that they've already got them available. I usually put the bars on and then use stiff wire to "fabricate" a cable. Once you get the wire run like you want it, take off and measure it. This is the cable length you need. You can go to Barrnett's website and they've got a page that tells you how to measure the cable from the total length that you got using the wire.

Changed handle bars on my 1998 heritage and now the throttle isn't closing .

You need to adjust both throttle and return cables. They need to be the correct length and if you installed mini apes you likely also needed longer cables. Cables need to be adjusted so there is not binding and not rpm change when rotating handlebars fully each way with engine idling. If you do not know or cannot figure out how to adjust the cables etc make another post and ask.

How do I connect my iMac 27" i7

You can buy an optional cable that you can plug into the mini-DVI or mini-displayport port at the back of your iMac.see example picture on: http://www.ecoustics.com/electronics/products/new/570842.jpgFirst you need to be sure to know exact if you have a mini-DVI or mini-displayport. The connectors are different and depend on how old your iMac is. Than you can buy the connector that fits your Mac. The you only need to check the connections on your TV. HDMI or DVI will give the best image quality. VGA is older and will result in a lower image quality. Last, you need to buy a cable between the adapter and your TV.
