Yes it does come out. It takes a tire valve stem removal tool to get it out. And believe it or not, a tire valve stem. But before you take it out, just tighten it up. 99.9% of the time, they quit leaking. You can get the tool from any bicycle shop or hard ware store. Some auto parts store sells them. But usually the are for A/C stems. Bigger.

1999 ford f150 triton 5.4 4x4 How do i test the fuel pressure and where is it located

Should be on the passenger side of the fuel rail line near the fuel injectors . Will have a cap like the valve stems on the wheels for air pressure . Do you have a fuel pressure gauge ? If not AutoZone has loan a tool available .

I have a1996 ford probe gt 24 valve it cranks over but won't start

First check for spark at the spark plugs. If you are getting spark, then check for fuel pressure at the fuel rail (shrader valve). If you have spark and fuel you may have a vacuum leak or a timing issue.

Why did she only run for 2 days after I replaced bleeder valve?

im not sure here are you saying the fuel rail shrader valve was leaking and you replaced it ? if yes a leaking shrader valve will reduce your fuel rail pressure to the point of a non start condition its' allso extremly dangerious to have a fuel leak under hood ,Thats gasolene ya know it does burn/explode !! , i suggest going back to basics of engine diagnostics to see what the underlying problem here is air/fuel , ign , exaust there are basic tests for all these that can be done
answer could be as simple as a clogged fuel filter

My car will intermittently not want to start it turns over but wont start but sometimes its fine i was thinking it could be the fuel pressure regulator so i was going to do a fuel pressure test to confirm...

If you don't have a shrader valve, you have to put a "T" pipe on the connection to the rail. If you want to just check the pump, you can remove the regulator and adapt to the regulator port on the rail. Most gauge sets include this kind of hardware, or else you can find one at your local parts store.

We just had a major storm i think maybe moister got in gas tank i was wondering if a can of dry gas would work

they have additives that remove water from fuel,, however that depends on how much water your talking about, if your sure this is the problem,, I'd drain the tank, and start new if you suspect a bunch of water got in,, you might also check the distributor cap for moisture in there, that causes missing and bad running also

No fuel pressure at shrader valve on fuel rail. Pump no good?

defective fuel pump almost for sure, if the car has over 100,000 miles it is certain the pump is defective, the pump is located inside the fuel tank.

Hard to start first thing in morning

I found the fuel rail shrader valve core was leaking out gas overnight. In the morning no gas in the system, started it and pumped the pedal, it started. I removed the shrader valve core and put in a new one. Fixed. A shrader valve core is like the one in your tires where you put air in, if it's loose it will leak air, if the seal is gone it won't hold air.

Possible bad ignition coil and valve cover gasket

No start on 97 dodge intrepid. I Know that Coil pack is Below Valve cover and Have repaired Numerous Ignition coils due to there becoming Oil soaked , the oil will gather dust dirt and thus Insulating ( Retaining Heat) i and this Causes them to Over heat and Fail , in short Burning them out. I say this Because of your Mention of it as a symptom. you must first Determine if it is getting spark ,have someone Crank Engine over While you are Holding the Spark plug wire 1/4 inch away from coil tower (TERMINAL) do this to all 6 if no spark at any of them ,that coil could be bad (Most Likley), If all Have NO SPARK then it is One of the fallowing,,

  1. Cam Sensor
  2. Crank Sensor
  3. Ignition control module
If Control module is wet with Oil most likely needs replaced some Parts stores can test coil and Modules.

NOW if you have Spark on All 6 Cylinders Check for fuel delivery, Do this at the shrader Valve on the fuel rail,(LOOKS LIKE AIR FILL VALVE ON WHEELS) Simply remove cap turn key on for 5 seconds then turn it OFF Depress the Stem at shrader valve If you get a Good SPRAY of FUEL upon doing this 3-4 times then you have Fuel Pressure !!!!WARNING !!! Test Equipment is Recommended for all Procedures but their certain steps to take if you don't have a DIGITAL VOLT METER or Fuel Pressure tester. I Hope this helps you with your Diagnosis od the problem. Have A Good Day
