Question about 2004 kawasaki VN 1500 Vulcan Classic
2000 Suzuki Intruder 800... fuel comes out of the vent tube about 5 seconds after the bike starts and continues until the bike is shut off. I tried tapping the carb to unstick the float, but it didn't work. I've accepted that I probably need to take it to a shop, but the nearest is about 15 miles away. My question is this - what can I do to minimize the leakage while riding this 15 miles? Is there anything else I should consider? Thanks!
Remove or have a mechanical friend remove the carb and take to shop.
