My 2005 m50 ran perfect all the time until I ran it low on gas. After I filled it up started running bad and now it starts but dies when I try to take off. I put some stuff in the tank that was suppose to take care of water. It ran after that. I was going to take the tank off to see if the fuel filter was dirty but I don't see one when I lift the tank. Is there one inside the tank on the fuel pump? What do you think about all this?

Go to autozone and get you some seafoam... put it in your tank per the instuctions on the bottle, I know I give this answer to alot of questions related to fuel problems, but most fuel problems are dirty carb related and seafoam cleans the entire fuel system better than any other product I can think of.

I am not familiar with the M50, but if there isn't a fuel filter between the tank and fuel pump...then it probably just has screens inside the tank... and maybe you sucked a bunch of gunk to the screens when it ran low on fuel..if that is the case, sea foam will fix it.

Good luck

When I fill gas my car does not want to start. If i leave it running while filling (which I know I shouldn't do) it starts chugging and the RPM's drop so low, then it dies. When I fill and shut my car off...

Fuel evaporator system, most likely your charcoal cartridge needs replacement, this vents the gas tank system and will cause the car to not start or surge after you fill the tank completely, try not to fill the car up all the way and see what happens

2005 boulevard m50 wont start. New battery, checked and is good. Started fine before last battery died and I tried to jump it off. Ideas?

When jump starting a motorcycle, make sure the other vehicle is OFF (not running).
Check your fuses...you most likely blew one during the jump start process.

Chain saw emitted sparks and now does not start.

Hi

When the engine get warm and die(I suppose)check the spark at the sparkplug. You can let the saw run until it ran out of gas and you will not distroy the engine.Change the sparkplug.
