I have a 2007 Suzuki c-90 Boulevard Trike. Where is the idle screw located on it? My idle suddenly starting getting to high.

The idle screw will be located on the carb but it is unlikely to require adjusting. The rise in idle speed is probably the throttle cable sticking slightly, perhaps due to lack of maintenance, or it could be indicative of another fuelling problem.

Location of idle adjustment screw on v6 with efi

There is no idle adjustment screw, as idle is controlled by the car's computer through the idle air control valve (IAC). This is possibly sticky, and needs a clean. There is a throttle stop screw on the engine, but that is a different thing.

Where is the throttle screw(for idle speed), of the carb, in honda activa

That idle adjustment screw you are looking for can be found just below the fast idle cam. Which is connected to a spring-loaded hinge with a throttle cable attached.

Where is the idle screw located. Is it on the idle cylenoid. Probably spelled that wrong.

on the 4.9 liter v8 the idle speed control motor is is located in front of the throttle body it has two miniature pulley's on the side of it where the throttle cables are, there is a screw located on the idle speed control motor which can be adjusted but i would not sugggest it they are known to go out and they do affect the idle when they are malfunctioning its fairly simple to change and the its called the idle speed motor made by duralast they are seventy two dollars at auto zone the pic. of part i explained1_19_2012_4_12_07_pm.jpg

Cant find the idle screw

Hi allenplum,
There are 2 mixture screws, 1) the idle speed screw, 2) is the idle speed mixture screw. The idle speed screw is located on the carburetor, nar the throttle arm where your throttle cable is connected. There is a screw that you will find there that you screw in or out to speed up, or slow down the engine idle. The idle speed mixture screw is located lower down on carb and has a spring on it. There should be 2 screws side by side, one is the idle speed and the other is the high speed mixture screw. They are marked on the carb body, with the letter H or L . To adjust, remember the screw position before you do any adjustments. Start by turning the screw in (clockwise) all the way in until lightly seated, so no damage is done to the seat or needle. Turn out (counterclockwise) 11/4 inch, this should be OK to start the engine. Along with the idle speed screw, you should be able to get the correct idle required. With all the modernization happening, there might not be a high or low adjust as they are ported inside the carb. You might get just the high or just the low adjust needles. I hope this is helpful to you. All the best and good luck. Denis.

Need a manual or something I have a traxxas .15 stamped 2wd need to adjust the Carb it has 2 screws need to know which one does what and what would be a standard adjustment

There are actually 3 screws on the carb. The big one is the most important, it adjust the high speed fuel mixture. A good starting point is 2 1/2 turns out from fully seated. There is a small screw which is located right next to the air intake. This is the idle stop and should be set so that the engine idles smoothly. The third screw is located on the side. It is also small and it controls the idle fuel mixture. A good starting point for the idle fuel mixture screw is 1 3/4 turns out from fully seated.
