Yes there are many sensors, sparkplug caps/wiring behind the radiator and under dash area that should be well sealed but depending on condition could have gotten wet.

No spark at plug

I had the same problem with my Burgman 400,weak spark at the plug. Replaced the CDi did not help. In the end got a new coil off eBay (that fitted the 250 Burgman a lot cheaper) & the problem was cured.

My 2005 burgman 400 has a hesitation at 10-25 miles an hour 1 mechanic says its a belt and/or a clutch problem. another mechanic says its a fuel injector issue, but not a belt or clutch issue. both...

both mechanics are right, without seeing it for myself it could be either or. fuel injector are expensive, clutches are also expensive, belts aren't expensive but can be labor intensive. spark plugs are something you can probably change yourself. fouled or partially fouled plugs can also cause these symptoms as well as improperly gapped spark plugs.
