Whilst the previous answer is absolutely correct, adjusting the spring in this way only alters what is called the "pre-load". This is simply the amount of sag or firmness and when you shorten (tighten) the spring length it becomes firmer and conversely, when you lengthen (loosen) the spring the ride becomes softer. There is usually also a rebound that can be adjusted (mine is a small screw at the top of the shock). This alters the rate at which the spring is put back to its set pre-load position. If not set right the bike can feel as though you are bouncing down the road. I don't know the specifics for your bike but some have dials, air pressures and all kinds of ways to adjust. Once ascertained how yours adjust, I would recommend setting everything to its' mid position and going from there.

How to harden the forks and rear shock

Both are adjustable. The forks have an adjustment screw. Press down on the front end while standing next to the bike. It should rebound fairly quick but it shouldn't start to go back down again on it's own (oscillates due to not enough damping). Adjust screws evenly on both forks (exact same amount) clockwise and repeat process mentioned until rebound is smooth and doesn't oscillate. The same applies to the rear but you have only one adjustment on the Ohlins reservoir for the monoshock assembly. Do the bounce test and adjust clockwise until the rebound feels firm and doesn't oscilllate. It should handle like a beast and wheelie much easier now.

My back seat and fender is dropping down onto the back tire when I bounce up and down slightly....what happened to my suspension ? or is there another problem

From what I have read, the Uni-Trak rear suspension system of the Kawasaki 800 has problems of freezing up and ripping up bushings because it is down on the bottom of the bike, where all the water and stuff gets thrown up at it.
Bushings must be frequently replaced or greased so that they do not seize up.
But I also believe the rear spring is adjustable, and may have just slipped out of position.
