if your saying that pto wont do anything , that's either an electrical short or a broken belt , in rare cases the clutches go too , now if your saying the pto engauges and stalls the engine or makes horrible noises , then that's a bearing , im betting the deck shaft bearings are in need of some serious grease work
Go to Kubota Kpad Site. You must be running Windows Internet Explorer or the correct add-ons to access to site. Also you need to know which size deck you have.
Make a drawing of the deck routing and pull the belt off the mower measure the width and length of the belt and order one on line or go to a mower shop with the belt and they can size it to the one you need. Do the same for the drive belt.
