It sounds as if your front wheel/tire is locked up. Possibly the front brake, or broken axle. Lift front of scooter and turn wheel by hand. GOOD LUCK FREIND.

If it wobbles at higher speeds like 55-60 mph or so probabley just worn and out of balance tires,If it wobbles at like 25-30mph or so at a lower speed it probabley mean you have a tire seperating and it could blow out at anytime and you would definitely need new tires,at least more than likely the front two.

look at the mileage on your odometer, then look in the owners manual for the maint required for that mileage. when the maint is done, the light will be reset by the person that performed the maint.
