SOURCE: changed alternator and rotor on my 02 tt600 bike

This is difficult. I'm sure that somehow you have lost the ignition timing. What I'm not sure of is how this might have happened.

My triumph tt600 shuts off when the temperature hit 220F it will restart at about 190 but shuts off again at 220

If I remember correctly, 220F is the set cut off temperature so at least that shows that part is working. The cooling fan should cut in before it gets that high so I would check that all is working there. Maybe by-pass the temp sensor to have the fan running all the time and see if that stops the temp rising so high. If it doesn't then maybe you have a blockage in your cooling system or the thermostat is faulty (not opening to allow coolant flow)

My 2003 triumph tt600 shuts off when the temp reaches 220F it won't restart till it cools below 190F then when it reaches 220 it shuts off again it seems like I hear a little click as it shuts off

That is programed into your ECU and is a safety to stop engine damage. I would be checking the cooling system and thermostat for correct operation as 190F is the correct operation temperature.

Hi, my 2002 Triumph tt600 keeps dying and the speedometer keeps shutting off while I'm riding, which wire(s) do i need to look at to fix this problem?

Im just throwing this out there. Im not familiar with the TTs but I am familiar with the 955s and it sounds like a position sensor ( cam or crank) starting to go bad and grounding out.

Changed alternator and rotor on my 02 tt600 bike

Where the source, lighting and pick-up coil plate are bolted onto the crankcase housing, there should be a mark to indicate optimum position of timing. Generally this provides about 6 degrees of rotation from advanced to retarded timing. If no mark is visible set at the center of allowable movement. Too far Advanced timing will result in possible blowback into induction and Retarded timing causes backfiring into exhausts and very lumpy running. Hopefully the previous problem you had to replace the components have not caused damage to the electronic management system.
Cheers.

Engine temp raises prity quick when your not moving. can go to 100 degrees easy enough then drops wen you get going..

this is quite normal for a bike to do this some of the European bikes eg. gagiva and triumph run a little hotter then some of the jappers eg. triumph tt600 sits around 116 degrees (c) but to answer your question make sure your thermo fans are kicking in and out and also check coolant and overflow bottle also oil level and possibly even bleed the water pump and start bike when cold with the radiator cap off and see if the fluid is being pumped (checking if water pump is working) hope this helps buddy im actually a motorbike mechanic apprentice

Tt600 performance parts?

There are no mass-produced engine parts for the 600/650cc, so you'd be looking at custom built parts. There are ecm programs (e.g. power commander and tuneboy) that will help with power as will aftermarket mufflers.
