2008 Cadillac Escalade, 165,000 miles. Stalls after 10 - 15 minutes drive time in city stop and go traffic. Re starts after 30 minutes engine cooled down?. Runs at highway speed all day long

Radiator cooling fans not working? The ECM is protecting the engine by shutting it down.

Saturn vue will start but will only stay runnuing about twenty minutes then stalls wont start

Does the car loose power before stalling or does it simply die without warning? If it loses power first, you're likely looking at a fuel pump or fuel system problem. If it just dies, you probably have an ignition problem. Does the check engine light come on before it dies?

If you have a electronic dash you can turn your car over 5 times without starting it and it will give you the codes. This sounds like possible vacuum hose,distributor cap wires and plugs. Hope this helps.

2004 chevy trailblazer idles fine normally but on a regular basis nearly dies and does die on occasion before revving back up to normal idle rpm

Full engine tune up , with fuel injection cleaning.

2006 trailblazer 4x4 4.2, stalls while driving. Engine shuts down, whenever and wherever it feels like it. No pattern other than about every 2-5 miles, has worsened to this point over last 10 days....

ok well try this when it stalls see if spark is present and if it is not and it cools down and starts then you might need to replace ignition control module good luck

This vehicle is under warranty including towing. There is probably a malfunction within the fuel delivery or ignition system of the vehicle. Sometimes electronic items break down hot,then start working again once cooled.I would let GM take care of this matter under factory warranty

I had to diagnose my own truck. It ended up being a bad ECI/ECM? the main computer was shot! I had 7k miles and it died on me 138 times over 4 months hundreds of hours spendt online researching this problem. I couldnt understand why no codes were set/held in the computer and how 3 different chevy auth dealer svc centers couldnt fix or pin point even GESSTIMATE what the issue was. I called the local news, consulted with attorneys, etc. I hate GM, my truck has been fine since they replaced it 2 months ago! Good luck!!
