Most likely is it carburetion or engine timming.
The bike is a knock off ....

The '82 1/4" fuel line goes from the petcock to the carb....(install an in-line fuel filter between them)...with a vacuum line going from the petcock to the vacuum off take, located on the front carb rubber manifold, (the smaller of the two brass tubes!!).

The '82 Yamaha Vision only has one fuel line coming from the carb to the petcock and a vacuum line running from the petcock to the front carb manifold. An in-line fuel filter between the carb and petcock is reccomended...

Doubtless there are others out there.
The good news is that most of it looks like it'll apply to the Lifan (without test yet). Other details could be interchanging and visit this Lifan Forum.

Hi, This is something that cannot be doen on a DIY as the experienced tuner would get this to work with precision and what is required of a twin carb. So my advice is to find the nearest specialist to get you bike in best optimum tuning.
