The needle and seats could have dirt in them and are not sealing correctly, clean with some carb cleaner. Float height is incorrect and needs adjusting.

Fluids out when you try to start

double posted, and fluids? you mean FLOODS.
see previous post,
there are other ways to flood any motor.
one other is (iSC /IAC devices are stuck closed) gummed up.
this cause no starting air, no air means flooding.
I cant see your car, and see if starting with 10% throttle solves the flood, but you can.
also WOT cranking, cuts all fueling and can not flood and will start any flooded engine.
but if this still floods, now, that is bad injectors. leaking.
WOT cuts injection pulses dead, and no fuel flows, cranking.
knowing these facts on EFI makes finding causes easy.

Dies when you turn off the choke

sounds like you have an air flow issue, remove carburreter strip andclean with carb cleaning spray and an airline. Check float height adjustment, once everything has been reassembled, refit carb, prime with fuel and JOB DONE

Floods when cold

Define flooding.

  1. Black smoke out of the tail pipe?

If the fuel return line is plugged,it will flood. If the fuel pressure regulator has lost its vacuum signal ,it will flood.

If there is a large vacuum leak, the O2 will see a lean condition and cause the rich condition.gas mileage will suck, big time.

This "flooding" happens when the engine is cold? ONLY?
Be sure the air filter is not clogged and the PCV is not plugged up solid.
Also, there are a few tubes from the valve cover that vents oil vapors into the air filter housing.

During this flood mode, hold the pedal to the floor and shut the engine OFF-it should NOT keep running.(Leaky injectors)...

Do this when engine is hot and cold.

Error Code FL

The FL (Over Fill) error code indicates that the flood pressure switch is open (tripped). It is likely that you are getting the LD (Long Drain) fault code because the control detects that the flood pressure switch will not reset after running the drain pump. Your likely failure is in the flood pressure switch

Tapping on the flood pressure switch with the handle of a screw driver may reset it. Reassemble the washer and see if it will work properly. If not, then you will need to replace the flood pressure switch. The part number for the flood pressure switch is 8054767. You can order this part from the Sears PartsDirect website. The part number for the flood pressure switch is 8054767.

My car cuts off when i slow down or stop

this is not an easy one to diagnose. I am working on one that does the same thing. I have done a lot of research and this is what I found.
First try seting the idle speed.
If it still stalls it could be the mass air flow sensor. or sometimes it is one or more ignition coils.
The easiest way is not the cheapest, but it is to change one at a time . start with the rear coils first.
