I have a taotao rhino and it jumped timing. I am trying to figure out how to put it back into the right time. the rhino doesnt have a timing chain so how do i set timing.

Get a Chilton repair manual they have a section on how to set timing. But you may be in trouble if it has a interference engine. A interference engine is where the piston and valve hit together.

Refit timing cover , line up marks on crank pulley with mark on timing cover T D C, turn camshaft till No. 4 cylinder valves are just rocking , line up marks on crank gear with mark on head or block, we now have compression stroke on No. one cylinder, fit belt and rotate engine and recheck marks

Why my won't my 2008 Yamaha Rhino 700 start. Has good battery. Cranks over. No codes. Good spark.

If you are only getting 65lbs of compression, remedying that would be my next move!! .. I have seen some run as low as 85lbs..run very poor too.. but never at 65lbs. You should let the engine turn over for about 5 seconds to get compression level.

85 suzuki 125 4 wheeler that is out of time how do i time it

With your piston @ TDC (top dead centre)(check the timing marks) all of your cam lobes should be pointing as far away from the valves (or rockers) as possible. Alternatively, the cam lobes can all be very close to opening the valves. This is called "rocking." Once you have set it up like this, you should turn the crank in the direction of rotation to check that none of the valves touch the piston. Keep turning the crank to check the valve are opening and closing at the right times, ie "****, squeeze, bang, blow"
