You have to turn the key off and back on for it to restart or will it start if you just push the start button?

I have a 1999 dodge ceruis. I quit running going down the highway at 70 mph. It was very low of oil. Do the have a ciser shut down system

You are fortunate that the engine still cranks. If it overheated when it shut down it is possible that some of the electrical components may have been burned out.

And if you did permanent damage it is possible that now the engine is not cranking fast enough to start.

Good luck.

I have a 99 Chevrolet pickup it just quits going down the rd but cranks right back up been to 3 mechanics can't find problem any susggestions

I really need more information but the first thing is to check the feul pressure under a load. If it drops below 25 psi it may be starving the engine. #2 check for back prussure in the exhast system a plugged catiletic convertor will do the same thing.
Check those two thing and give me more information as to the condition at the time of stalling.
IE boggs down, quites no warning, **** before quiting, or anything you might notice.

Basically I'm losing a lot of corner speed, when turning into corners. I shut the throttle off too early and it feels like I'm carrying the bike round the corner. If adjust the throttle mid bend,...

You need to accelerate very gently while you go round the corner. This sounds wrong but even if you hold the throttle in the same position, physics dictates that as you go round the corner you do actually accelerate as you go round a corner at a constant speed (velocity/direction/speed - look it up if your interested!).
So on the approach to any corner, you need to: -
1 Position yourself and the bike for the approaching bend, toward the right hand side of your lane for left hand bends and vice versa.
2 Adjust your speed to one you can quite happily ride around your bend (Slow down by easing off the throttle or appling the brakes)
3 Once at the right speed, (off the brakes) select the right gear for the speed your doing.
4 GENTLY apply some throttle to stop the bike slowing down anymore.
5 Tip the bike into the corner by gently pushing on the left bar for left handers or vice versa keeping the throttle still so that you hold your speed through the corner.
6 As the bend opens up (becomes a straight) gently apply more throttle as you release the pressure on the bar and stop turning.
If you want to keep improving your riding skills, sign up to a advanced riding course. They are for people who enjoy riding and want to be safer and consequently faster.
Good luck with your riding and enjoy!

My 1999 jeep cherokee sport 4x4 with 134000 miles on it and the belt is squeking. Right when i first crank up it screeches then after a minute it quits. When i come to a stop sign and it is idleing with...

It sounds like it needs to be tighten a little. I can remember if this has a belt tensioner or a regular manual tensioner. If it can't be righted as long as the belt is not cracked or damaged you can add a little silicone to both side of the belt. Just a couple of fingertip dabs. This will quit it down. Make sure the engine is off or battery disconnected to avoid injury. Also if this is a self adjusting tensioner that usually is a sign that the spring tension is starting to decrease.

BATTERY MUST READ 12 VOLTS AND 11 VOLTS ON A DRAW OR WITH A LOAD ON IT
IF YOUR ALTERNATOR STOPS WORKING THEN THE BATTERY WILL GO DEAD AS THE ENGINE HAS TO HAVE ELECTRIC TO RUN ( WHEN YOU CAR REACHES 8 VOLTS THE COMPUTER WILL SHUT OFF EVERYTHING TO SAVE IT'S SELF FROM BURNING UP SO CHECK YOUR ALTERNATOR AND RECHARGE THE BATTERY

Around town the temp gets to about 100 celsius after a long trip but drops quickly on the open road is this serious

No. In fact, it is quite normal for your bike to reach 100C (212F) under stop and go conditions. So long as the temperature stays within the "normal" range during in-town trips (no more than about 115C) and drops down to somewhere in the 80C temperature range on the highway, you are doing fine.

2001 PT Cruiser quit running driving down highway

Most likely a cam sensor or a crank sensor. The timing belt didn't break did it? They also have an issue with the timing belt tensioner going bad and jumping a tooth.
