The fuel on/ reserve adjustment (fuel petcock) is on the bottom left side of the tank opposite the key switch and near the choke. The fuel line extends from that and will drain the tank if you remove it. You will likely want to remove the tank if you plan to drain a lot of fuel. That will make it a little less messy
there a small bolt missing on the front of my kawasaki 1500 nomad that r not there and a little fuel come out from time to time do u no what it call so i can get another one to put there ? and after changing the oil bike wont shift gears help ? only first gear
Not sure if it helps but I have had lots of problems with my switch gear. If I fiddle with it and keep trying to turn it on eventually 'I find the ignition lights up !Z!
Try blowing out the starter motor with an air line a build up of dust can make it stick, If this wont work and it may not. then take it appart and check for wear the gear should not wobble on the shaft .
Finally a good clean and grease should sort it
oem specs run lean if you rejetted and plugs are blacken running rich try air screw first alittle at a time (replace plugs) keep rechecking plugs as you go same diff. if you adjust fuel screw
