There are not enough numbers in the VIN you have provided. It should be 17 numbers. Can you please check for all the number provided.

The "VIN" you provided looks like the engine number. The VIN that you can use to identify the Bike will be on the frame of the motorcycle. The VIN system has been a world wide standard for more than 30 years. You can easliy find all the info about your bike using the VIN convertor on this page.

If you cannot find the 17 charactor VIN on your frame... check your registration papers. If you have no luck at all, there is no way to find the info you need without the full number.

If it is just the year you are after, the 8th digit back from the last charactor of the VIN is the year of manufacture. From the "VIN" you provided, it is a 2001 machine
