05 kia Sorrento #5 misfired already replace spark plug coil & injector same code still comes up #5 misfired can someone help me with this problem

you replaced the plug and injector but there is no mention of the HT lead or distributor cap being replaced or checked
It is possible that there is a crack or carbon track inside the cap which is also misfire for that cylinder. HT leads are carbon filled tracks with a wire insert at each end and if that wire fails to make contact with the carbon ( incorrect method of pulling from plug or cap) then the resistance in that lead makes the spark late which results in a misfire report.

Try the HT lead on that cylinder by starting car in the dark and look out for spark coming out of that lead while running. Or get a spare lead and replace on that cylinder.hope this helps

have a compression test done to determine if valve or other chamber problem. change coil to another cylinder if individual coils to see if misfire moves . Change injector to another cylinder to see if misfire moves . IF it has HT leads then replace that lead with a new one and /or change that plug only too see if it is a plug problem. Check inside distributor cap for crack at that plug lead point.

Code p0300 came up on my 97 olds aurora what does it mean and how do I fix it?

code p0300 refers to random/multiple cylinder/s--misfire detected===causes--spark plug/s--HT lead/s---injector/s--ignition coil/s---low compression---wiring. Most of your mates will tell you to replace the plugs and leads and that may fix it but injectors are a major fault in misfires. So have a pressure test done on the fuel manifold first and check the fuel pump/pressure regulator/filter. If the pump is not producing fuel or the regulator is set too low then the injectors will not deliver the fuel at the correct amount at the right time (misfire- random cylinder). Plugs and leads will cause a constant misfire not every wherever cylinder.

P0300 engine code misfire

code p0300 refers to random/ multiple cylinder/s--misfire detected===causes--spark plugs--HT leads--injectors--ignition coils--low compression ---wiring As you have done the plugs and leads the obvious thing left is the injectors. They have a random misfire problem if the fuel pressure in the fuel manifold is too low. Have a pressure test done on the fuel system as it may be a faulty pressure regulator ---air venting problem in the tank or failing fuel pump
