Question about Motorcycles

Most likely you have an ignition problem and moisture obviously makes it worse. What I do is start the bike and cover it best I can with a sheet or do it in a darker place, in the evening. I spray a mist of water especially around the coils and spark plug wires and look for a light blue glow, meaning the insulating qualities have broken down. Coils and spark plug wires are often the culprit as they are more exposed and do a lot of work.
