A service manual is a valuable tool with an aging bike. I suggest the dealer/mfr. or Clymer books. In the meantime, go to the library reference section...646 stacks should have what you need.

SOURCE: my husband has 2007 ducati
They are the same ecu's, they just downloand an updated map (program).
You need to contact a dealer and they'll have the ability to conect it to a scanner and check for new uploads in the existing ecu.
