Hi Michael , I don't know how old yor battery is but that would be the first thing I would check. Hook up a volt meter to you battery and see how many volts it pulls when you try and start it. If its in the 8's or lower you might want to consider a new battery, also when it fires up make sure it's charging 14-15 volts. If the battery passes muster try pulling up any blown codes on your speedo. Good luck.
