Check the clutch cable has not twisted or somehow has become inoperative. Is it operating as it should? Try putting it back to original position and see if that rectifies the problem.

SOURCE: how to lower the idle on a 2002 yamaha 650 v-star classic?

under the left side of the gas tank you will see i black knob/screw at the end of what looks like a hose. the knob faces the rear of bike. that adjusts the idle. its real easy to find and the only adjustment you can make to the carbs.

SOURCE: Yamaha V-Star 650 Classic, key switch in lock

Spray lock with wd40(inside) When you try the key, pull the handle bars hard in the direction that the wheel is turned. If you have the right keys, that should work. If your outside in the cold, it could be a frozen lock also, make sure the key goes in all the way. The wd40 (or any penetrating oil) should thaw it as well.

Not a great deal of information but it sounds like a faulty/sticking side stand switch. First try cleaning the switch or replace if no luck

Does anybody make cushion motor mounts for a 2010 yamaha v star 650 vibrates ya teeth out at 70 mph

No, it's the nature of the beast. Such an awesome bike but the motor is a hair shy on size and winds pretty high at 70. Get yourself some good padded after market handle bar grips, a better seat, and wear a mouth guard.
Were 2010's belt driven or shaft drive? If it's belt you could change the rear pulley and bring the rpms down a good 500 rpm which helps a lot, if it's shaft drive you're out of luck, you can't change the gearing ratio

Yamaha V star Final Drive shaft

The drives for a 650 and an 1100 are different part numbers, so it probably wouldn't fit.

However, you can buy what parts you need to replace here:

Yamaha 650 v star classic won't start

Hi, Anonymous and the usual suspects are:
1. Ignition Switch not in the "ON" position.
2. Engine Run Switch in the "OFF" position.
3. Discharged battery, needs to be 12.5 volts or better and be able to pass a load test if necessary, check battery terminals for damage or corrosion, check the battery cables at "BOTH" ends for loose, corroded, or broken connectors, "INSIDE" and outside the cable harness, perform connector wiggle test and check cables with an ohmmeter if necessary.
4. Bank angle sensor tripped and ignition/light key switch not cycled to the "OFF" position and then back to the "ON" position.
5. Faulty starter button/switch.
6. Faulty kickstand or clutch pull in switch/sensor.
7. Security alarm needs a reset.
8. Starter control circuit, relay, or solenoid faulty.
9. Main fuse or circuit breaker may be blown or faulty.
10. Electric starter shaft pinion gear is not engaging or over-running starter clutch slipping.
