How can I open euro-pro x shark vacum to remove accumulated dirt?

Shark do the parts for them. Or you can remove the switch and take it to a component electronics store.

Is the brush rotating, if not the belt is broken or jammed, if so remove the bottom plate and all will be reveiled.
