Have you got petrol in it? is it old petrol? take plugs out, put them in a plug cap, touch plug body against head to make the circuit and hit starter button, should have fat blue spaks. little yellow sparks no good. is the a faulty immobiliser/alarm? does it try to start/pops and bangs? if fuel getting through after turning over the exhaust shoud stink of petrol, if it doesn't, no fuel getting through. fuel pump or a relay?too may possibilities to play guesswork without some basic checks.
