Perfectly normal. Oil thins out when it gets hot. As long as hot oil pressure remains within the recommended range you are fine. Use the correct grade (weight) of oil listed in your owner's manual.

Change you'r oil and filter. You'r oil when cool is thicker than when it's hot. hot oil is is thinner and easily pumped through you'r bike. That is why your oil pressure is higher when cold and lower when hot. If this doesn't cure you'r problem take it to a certified mechanic. Good luck

I have 2004 f150 heritage 4.2 It has a high pitch squeal on the bottom left, changed belt, all pulleys and harmonic balancer. Still have the noise till it warms up

The noes cam from the power steering pump the filter dirty and the pump cannot build oil presser until the oil will worm up and become thinner and build presser then the noise will stop, all the best.

Pound ticking noise when my 99 durango starts goes away after the engine warms up

The ticking noise could be a faulty hydrulic valve lifter. When last was the oil & filter changed, it coul be that the oil is thick and not going through to the lifters and when it warms up the oil is thin. It could be that the engine is need of an overhaul as 148.000 miles is 238.182 Kilometers and that is a hi milage.

5.0 L Oil pressure drops once engine warms up

Sounds like the main bearings are probably going.
Did you pull a couple of caps and look at the bearings when you had the pan off ?
It could be dirt in the passages but probably wear on the crankshaft.
As oil warms up it thins out and pressure is lost thru gaps in the bearings.

2001 camaro 3800 eng. when eng is cold oil pressure is high after warms up oil pressure drop very low at idle. why??

When the engine and oil are cold it will show a high pressure because of the viscosity of the oil. When it warms up the oil is thinner. If it doesn't drop below 20-25 psi at warm idle I wouldn't worry about it as that is normal.

1995 golf gti 16v stalls when hot then restarts after about 5 mins and drives again til its warmed up again ???

When it stalls, I would check to see if it's getting spark. Also, check the inside of the distributor for any oil leaking inside. You may have a pick up coil in the distributor or a bad control module.

Oil pressure drops once it gets warm

Sorry to say it sounds like the motor is gone. Higher oil pressure when the oil is cold is normal. But, when the engine gets to operating temp and the pressure bottoms out and the engine knocks you have big problems. If the mileage is very high (150,000) or more your bearings are so worn that the oil can't fill the void between the surfaces and thus the low oil pressure.
