I will assume you are talking about the wheel bearings. Removal procedure is detailed and you need a service manual to guide you. When you get the bearings out provided they are in good condition they are of a sealed type however very little grease is usually what you find in them. They will have rubber seals that can be CAREFULLY pried out . A small flat blade pocket screwdriver works well for this. Do not damage the lip of the seal. Removal of only one side is required. Pack and reinstall.

Where can I find the exact timing sequence for a suzuki four wheeler

every four wheeler I've ever worked on has the ignition timing fixed and controlled by the CDI. Mechanical timing usually invovles lining up the T on the flywheel with a mark on the cam shaft. you'll need a service manual for more specifics.

Instructions
    • 1 Search online for the many forums and sites out there dedicated to four wheelers to land free suzuki atv service manuals. There are many, many sites to choose from, and some of them will have various repair guides available online from time to time. Keep in mind that the specific years and models will be hard to come by, so you'll need to do some real searching. Perhaps you'll land free Suzuki atv service manuals on the first try, but the odds are slim. Still, if you don't want to pay, it's worth the effort. You can find many free Suzuki atv service manuals this way, so hopefully you'll find the specific type you need.
    • 2 Network with friends to get free Suzuki atv service manuals. What you're really looking for are friends in the four wheeler business. Four wheeler repair shops have access to online repair guides on all makes of quads, so it's really worth a shot. If you have a good friend, or friend of a friend that works at a shop, you just may be able to get them to print one off for you, or give you the website information. It's really a viable option to get free Suzuki atv service manuals, and it really won't take too long to find out who can and can't help you out.
    • 3 Place an ad on Craigslist, or another similar site to get free atv service manuals. Many people, like me, have some old guides from toys of the past laying around the garage. By offering to trade something you already have and no longer need, you just may be able to get what you're looking for at no charge. It's worth a shot, and it won't cost you any money. It's kind of a long shot in all honesty, but sometimes you need to put some effort into getting free Suzuki atv service manuals.
    • 4 Visit your library for free Suzuki atv service manuals. While the odds are slim, you may be able to find a repair guide that you can use when needed. It's certainly worth a shot, and it won't cost you anything.
