I will assume you are talking about the wheel bearings. Removal procedure is detailed and you need a service manual to guide you. When you get the bearings out provided they are in good condition they are of a sealed type however very little grease is usually what you find in them. They will have rubber seals that can be CAREFULLY pried out . A small flat blade pocket screwdriver works well for this. Do not damage the lip of the seal. Removal of only one side is required. Pack and reinstall.
