Speed sensor is normally on the transmission but if you cannot find it go to or call a Yamaha service department and ask the question again there.

Main fuse is on the POS. lead adjacent to battery. Fuse cluster is located centrally under the front half of the seat. The above link gives full diagrams for the complete bike in sections. Cheers.

Try looking at the electrical schematic at the link below, just choose your specific model.

More specifically in the sub tank that is likely behind the left side cover below the seat. Follow your fuel lines from the main tank to the sub tank for exact location.
