Anytime I see this, its usually due to a poor ground connection due to corrosion or dirt or the connection itself is dirty at the bulb or anywhere down the line. This will require patience and time to remove the headlight and follow the wiring harness as far back as it will go to check for poor connections and bad grounds, or wiring harness has chafed through somewhere.

My dim lights work on my 2001 expedition but my bright lights will not work why is that?

There is a relay (electronic switch) that controls the headlights. It is burned out. They are only about 7 dollars, mounted in the fuse box.

Passanger headlight doesn't work. Brand new lightbulb no luck, fuses are good. what could be the problem

Hi,
Look under the hood for a fuse panel. There should be a diagram on the lid that shows HeadLight Relays. If there is one for the left and right, try swapping them - WITH THE KEY OFF. If that changes the light that works, then either the dealer or an auto parts store should have the relay.

It's also possible the headlight harness is bad - they can overheat and melt. Verify there is no damage to the harness wired from the headlight to the fuse panel under the hood.

If you also lost the light dimmer and highbeams, you may have a short in your wiring, or the 'stalk' on the steering wheel is bad.

One head light lamp light is dim

If the headlights were not changed at the same time the dim one may be about to go out. If you change the dim one and not both of them the other one will most likely get dim while the other is still bright

2002 pontiac grand prix gt. High beams are dimmer

A loose ground wire to the headlight will keep it dim,Or a headlight adjustment will bring the headlight up.If you can have your headlight turned on a garage door or something at night, and then watch as you change your headlights from low beam to high beam which ones are higher.the last thing to verify is that your high beam headlights are not the plastic lens type that turn dull which cuts the light power.

2001 Boxster Alarm Beeps Twice when locking it and sometimes during driving as well. . . .

If the car beeps twice when you unlock the doors, it means there is a fault in the car alarm system. Usually when this happens the red LED lights on the "door lock" button on the top r h side of the dash. Also on mine, when you try to open the passenger door the window does not drop the small amount as usual, but that may be part of my alarm problem.
