Question about 2014 Ducati Monster 796

I accidently hit a curb in Alameda. Now the lip of my front rim is bent up and looses about 3psi a week. What is the best way to fix this? The bike still runs straight but it still concerns me.

I hear a slight rubbing/grinding sound coming from rear brake pedaling the bike. What could it be and how do I fix it?

Most likely the break pad is rubbing intermittently as it rolls because the rim is bent. If its a OEM spoke rim then it wont take many curb jumps to bendit. Most mountain bikes from a walmart or academy wont be anything more than the basic for streets. If you are going off road on real mountain biking trails then you would be better off getting a stronger rim but these can be pricey. Another cause can be that the tensioner springs near the break pads need to be adjusted so you can pull the pad away from the rim. Problem is that it will take some of the stopping power away. Not recommended. Most high end mountain bikes have an actual rotor type disc break like a motor cycle that's on the inner rim so that way even if the rim gets a little bent or wet, the performance of the breaks is still up to par. To check if your rims bent, turn the bike upside down and set it so you can spin the back wheel really fast with the pedals. Then look at the tired from directly behind it. If its bent, you will see the wobble.

I hit a curb with my front passenger wheel. Since

You probably bent the rim slightly or knocked off a wheel weight, just get your front wheel re-balanced.

Alignment causes a pull not a vibration, and it takes a hard hit to bend a frame.

I bet you this is not more then a 50 dollar fix.

The front right tire hit the crub to avoid and accident it bent the sway bar which i replaced but the tire is at a angle and is wearing out the outside of the tire. what else would the problem be?

Your control arm or tie rods may be bent. If you hit a curb hard enough to bend the sway bar other things are probably bent also. Best bet is to take it to a front end shop and have it checked don't just start replacing parts. The car will need to be realigned when parts are replaced.

Has a slight wobble at low speed?

you need to jack it up and spin 1 tire at a time, use a run out guage on the tires and wheels.a high speed 60 to 65 mph is from wheel balance. low speed is a bent wheel or a bad tire. belt separation
