How do i clean cmbustion chamber


there is no effective way of cleaning a combustion chamber other than to remove the head and use wire brush or scraper. In reality after the use of leaded fuel was stopped the modern cars only carbon up or soot up and seldom need decarbonizing
I suspect that you have a detonation problem (pinging sound on acceleration). run the fault codes first before you do anything drastic.

2001 Honda civic overheating, losing coolant, damp passenger floorboard


Damp passenger floor sounds like a heater core. What a pain in the a__. Most probably the dash has to come out to replace. That is the only thing I know of that circulates engine coolant into the passenger compartment.
If you confirm this and want to fix it on the cheap, you can put a crossover hose in the engine compartment and bypass the heater core entirely. This is a $5 fix that works perfectly, mechanically speaking. Unfortunately, you will have no heat. Of course, you may decide that is a better option once you hear a quote on getting the heater core replaced.
Oh yeah, get a new mechanic.

Have you taken it back to the mechanic who replaced the head gaskets ??
If you have a second shop work on it you could void any warranties from the first shop.
If the first mechanic will not fix the rough idle I would look for a vac leak or a hose not connected.

you have to replace engine oil cooler . you can't test the oil engine cooler . try re tied cyl. heead bolts , make flash radiator ,and check. good luk

I have engine vibration in 2004 Trailblazer. Vibrates when at a stop. Some vibration when in nutrel, but really bad when put into drive. Had motor mounts replaced. Replaced the plugs and coil packs. ...


Good call on the engine mounts, this problem has had a lot of TB owners scratching their head. Hope you used genuine GM mounts, aftermarket mounts tend to crush too much sending you back with the same problem you started with. With aftermarket mounts, the engine will not be as high as needed, the rubber isn't as stiff. Seen this many times. The other thing to check is you tranny mounts. Engine and tranny mounts are usually the culprit with vibration while in gear and stopped with TB's. What type of plugs did you install? Have you cleaned your throttle body?

The best check is fill the radiator with water when the engine is running and see if the water blows out the top of the rad. it it does then you have cylinder head problem's if not a new rad. will sort it. Cheers

sir it seem that you see the nearest autorised dealer or service centre for problem such as: 1. Head Decarbonizing 2. Oil chamber Oil sump filter for choke-up or jam need cleaning or replacement. 3. see for proper igniting of spark from the spark plug good supply of current from ignition coil, 4. check for spark plug's 5. Proper fuel supply & good firing  as you mention your car problem that must be likely to be that the engine head system need to get decarbonized, the oil sump oil filter need to get clean-up for sluggage  if any more quaries you can contact me soon.. till then keep on smiling, happy motoring, safer driving, keep your sweet heart clean & tidy see you soon sir..!

The car's peformance has been poor, especially on picking from a stationary position (no power).


I would suggest to have the pump timing reset and probably have a diesel specialist to check the pump as well. It is very difficult to give extra help over the net as most of the things have been covered by the mechanic I supposed. But as per your description I think the pump may have not been timed properly or it may need overhauling as well.
