If the motorcycle has sat more than 6 months with reformulated gas, it more likely has jets plugged up and will need a carb cleaning. Plug jets will cause sputtering and bogging down when the engine is loaded.

Hi I have a 1999 suzuki gsxr 600 I took it in to a shop and got my carbs sync and changed my spark plugs and picked it up let it warm up and it was fine started riding about 100 yard and bike stared to...

Gidday there Tim, It could possibly be dirt in the Jets or carby;s themsevles. I would go and purchase some fuel additive put it into your tank after filling up and take her for a long run. It might take 2 or 3 goes at this rather than pull down the actual carbs which is a messy job.
Could also be a crook plug breaking down when you throttle up. Even though they are new sometimes like all things you get a not so good one.
Try that there Tim and see how you go failing that back to the shop and explain what is happening.
Hope that helps

Suzuki gsxr600 srad 1998 bike .When stationary in neutral ot starts and runs fine .... it revs sweetly up through the rev range , when when on the road it accelerates well in 1st , then jit second gear and...

You need to tunes up the carbs. The small jets in the carbs can easily run at idle when partially clogged but can't sustain a high rev without bucking the bike.

1991 GSXR 750 cutting on low revs

run a can of Seaforam in the tank..purchase from Autozone put in 1/3 to two gallons gas drive it around for at least 10 miles to insure it cleans out the whole carb system.if that doesnt work, check all carb hose fittings when bike is at idle spray some Chemtool B-12 ( also at Autozone) around the carb hoses and manifolds..if idle increses thats your problem. Caution: chemtool is very toxic wear gloves and a mask.

My suzuki gsxr 750 sat all winter and i didnt winterize it at all. the battery died... i charged it and my bike just wont start. It cranks over just won.t start. What should i do?

check spark plugs, check for spark. check fuel is good. possible needle and seat gummed up in carb float bowl. disasemble and clean with brake or carb cleaner.do not change float level. re assemble ,you can use the cleaner to help to fire the motor with a shot through the carb. make sure you cleaner says flammable. good luck.

My 97 suzuki gsxr 1100. start but that is it Help.

Rebuild the top end? Run screaming from that shop. The fact that they said they couldn't sync the carbs should have been your first clue. I would have been suggesting a fuel problem anyway but take it to a shop that knows what it's doing and you should be fine but you will probably have to replace th spark plugs because of the fuel problem.

1994 GSXR 750 wont start

the carbs are proberbly blocked, you might have rust in your tank that will keep blocking, put an inline fuel filter in and get carbs cleaner, you also got a flat battery, give i little revs until it starts then adjust the idle

Cutting out at higher rpm

If the engine is the DOHC 16 valve engine inline 4, and has multiple carbs, then I have 2 suggestions for you, First thing I would take the carbs off, as a whole rail, and have them ultra-sonically cleaned at a shop, and the diaphragms checked in the tops. After that, you need to have the carbs synced while on the bike. I have a GSF600S and it was basically opposite your problem, it had a sputter in the low rpm range, and the carb syncing fixed it, and they honestly weren't that far off. The way those carbs feed fuel, if one is giving too much fuel then it will cause ur plugs to foul, or flood that cylinder, causing the issue. For the carb syncing I suggest building this tool, which I did for my bike.
http://www.powerchutes.com/manometer.asp
It's a liquid column differential manometer, which very accurately and sensitively measures the vaccum on the different cylinders of the engine. The only other thing I can think of is your ECM, which controls the engine, and incorporates your rev limiter. These are pretty pricey, so I would do the steps above first.
