Kawasaki Vulcan Voyager clutch will not engage until engine warmed

1. Clutch cable adjusted too tight.
2. Pressure plate center screw adjusted too tight
3. A broken clutch rod.

How to fix carborator


If you mean you have adjusted the jets then most starting points are screw in and unscrew 2 1/2 turns. When you get it going with your O2 meter adjust for the correct mixture.

The carborator iss not adjusted


The idle screw is in the hole right above the primer bulb. Turn clockwise to increase idle. Adjust in small increments.

Having just converted my Vulcan Endurance G36L Range from Nat. Gas to LPG Using the following parts recommended by Vulcan : New 1/2 psi pressure regulator, 6 size 51 hood type top burner orifices,1 size...

Get a good fitting wrench and tighten this spud down and open the air shutter on the burner.
This video shows how to tackle a crank down and flip type LP conversion whilst yours might be a bit more fancy it still must be adjusted like any other stove:

How do you adjust the carborator


If this is a late model saw, the adjustment screws have 'D' heads that need a dealer-only 'D' screwdriver. If the screws have slotted heads, then turn both screws CW to stops (lightly), then back each 1-1/2 turns CCW. This is a basic setting, so the engine should start and run. Start the engine and allow to warm up, then pull the throttle full on. Turn H CW until the engine speeds up, but still 4-stroking. When properly adjusted, the engine should 4-stroke, but immediately 2-stroke when cutting. Allow to idle and adjust L CW for fairly smooth running, yet allow the engine to 'follow the throttle'. Adjust idle speed screw to stop the chain from turning, yet the engine keeps running. Hope this helps!

if u can tuen the throttle and it still run ..its ur idle,u need to adjust ur idle adjustment screw ur manual can help u find this

Smell of gas coming out of exhaust....running rich


If the vehicle is still running original systems then you would need to take it to someone with 1 of the hand programmers to readjust the fuel system settings. If this vehicle has been converted over to or originally was a carborated There are typically 2-4 mixture screws depending on the unit. They will be infront of and behind the carborator. To adjust a carborated you will typically take a flat head screw driver and turn all the way to the right till they are only "finger tight" Once there, note a starting point and from there VIA each screws individual starting point. Turn them all 1 1/2 turns, this will place the carborator at the factory starting position. From there you can then start the vehicle and while it's idleing you can begin to adjust all mixture screws by turning 1/2 a turn till the vehicle looks, sounds, and smells like it is running correctly.

Another method I have seen is using a vaccume pump to register preasure, there are some video's out there to do this method and it can help you fine tune it a little more then one can just by ear. I hope this has helped you or atleast set you in a direction to getting the issue solved.
