Possibly broke the hand controls or damaged the wires. If the grip moved its probably damaged.

I doubt you have any fuel in the engine as the bike fell on the right side. Even if it ran out of the carburetor, it would have been flowing away from the engine since it fell on the right side. If you think you may have some fuel in the cylinders, take the spark plugs out and spin the engine over a few times with the starter. Just a few turns should tell the story. If you have fuel in the crankcase, there's no easy way to get it out other than run the engine and pump it out. This may contaminate your oil. Start the engine up and run it for about a minute or so then smell of the oil by pulling the dip stick out and taking a sniff. If it smells strongly of gasoline, change the oil and filter. Otherwise, you should be OK in that respect. Now, I don't anything about the security system on your bike and it may have some systems disabled.

I have a 2002 harley davidson electriglide flhtci and i have a leak from the right side

Well, it could be leaking from the cam chest or the transmission. The best way to find out where the leak is would be to thoroughly wash the bike. Then take it for a short ride and look the bike over in the area that you think the leak is coming from. Remember, the wind may be blowing the oil from another point back to where you think the leak is.

The speedo signal is usually taken at the transmission. I think it's on the backside of the transmission on the right hand side of the bike. The sensor at the oil filter is the timing pulse sensor for engine control.
