Question about kawasaki KMX 125 Motorcycles
Proper way is to dissassemble the top end, remove all kips valve parts from cylinder and clean with carbon dissolving spray such as carb cleaner and a wire brush. Reassemble properly with new gaskets. This would also be a good opportunity to check piston and ring condition while there.

I had a similar problem, so maybe I can help you. it can be connected with air filter. under your seat there should be some kind of cover on the air filter. just remove it. I've noticed this problem when I unrestricted my KMX 125. the hole on the cover on the air filter is too small.
