I'm having spit back through carb on 90ish model Suzuki quad runner 250. I've checked timing and replaced gasket on carb rubber piece. Check valves also. What else could it be? Doesn't have...

Low vacuum (suction) can be caused by poor or low compression, leaking valves, blocked exhaust. Doing a compression check should tell you which item is causing the problem.

91 250 suzuki quad runner 4 wheeler only runs with starter button pushed

It could either be the ignition switch, starter switch/button, or the cd (ignition) box. There are tests you can do to see which one is causing it. I'm sure there are forums on line that can tell you how, or even a good tech. or service dept. at a dealer/repair shop.

Need to know if im shifting it right ,1990 suzuki quad runner,do i let of the gas while i shift?

letting up on the gas is ussualy a good idea because it allows the rpms to closer match the trannys. haveing said that there is speed shifting in which you barely bump the clutch and quickly hit the next gear. this takes a little practice and a good ear.
