Craftsman manual for a 4 cycle lawn trimmer

I purchased a Craftsman 4 cycle weed eater/trimmer at an auction. It looks new but didn't have an instruction manual with it. The model is a Craftsman 4 cycle convertible with Incredi-Pull. The model number is 316796140 and the S/N 1F297D/1356

I'm in need of an instruction manual for it.

I have a craftsman incredi-pull 4 cycle, I changed 4 cycle oil, too much smoke coming from the machine, what I can do?

on your weed eater there should be a lil bubble looking thing called the primer somewhere around tht should be a black box with a screw of some sort on it take the lid to the black box of and theres your air filter

I found the manual for this model weed eater, according to the manual the mixture...
and I quote "This engine is certified to operate on unleaded gasoline. Before operation, gasoline
must be mixed with a good quality synthetic 2-cycle air cooled engine oil designed to be
mixed at a Ratio of 40:1 ...." and I quote once more from the manual "Helpful Tip. To obtain
correct oil mix ration, pour 3.2 ounces of 2 cycle synthetic oil into one gallon of fresh gas."

I need to know the gas to oil ratio on my 17" 25 cc craftsman weed eater.
4 oz of a generic 2-cycle oil to a gallon of fuel is the typical mix.

Weed eater won't shut off. Any idea why? Checked all connections and wire . All ok, switch look ok too. Weed eater is pretty fair new.
Switch is not shorting out the coil. Pull the handle and check the switch with a volt/ohm meter.
