Adjust the cable. You can do this with a wrench or pliers, its right next to the throttle

I have Kawasaki Meanstreak 1500. What is the ideal tyre pressure (front and back) when l do long distance travel?

that would not be a wise move car tires are not designed like motorcycle tires for cornering pressure that will also be found on the tire sidewall .

03 Kawasaki meanstreak. Throttle has no free play

there are in line adjusters in the cable at the grip housing. also possible that the cable dislodged itself from proper seating at the carb/ throttle body. Remove air cleaner housing to view and inspect.
