Ok, i'm assuming your replacing them, there is an oval rubber stopper on the backside of the rotor, in the backing plate, located near the bottom. it will tighten or loosen the e-brake shoes inside the rotor, loosen them all the way off, then get a big hammer and give them a really good smack, be carefull not to damage the wheel studs, if your reusing them hit on the hat of the rotor, if replacing you can hit right on the rotor face.
Use some antiseize on the hub before installin your new rotors, and don't forget to readjust your
e-brake and reinstall the rubber plug

SOURCE: how do I remove the rear brake pads off of my van

This is usually pretty simple. Start by removing the brake drum. Sometimes the brake pads themselves prevent easy removal. There should be an adjustment hole on the back side of the backing plate. Pop the rubber plug out. Use a flat tipped screwdriver to turn the notched disc. one way will tighten and the other way will loosen it, usually both sides are different directions. Once the drum pops off you can begin replacing pads. I like to take a digital photo first, just in case... I then take each piece off one at a time and set it on the ground exactly how it went in. There is usually one big spring that holds the two shoes together, this one is tricky to release, but it's easier if you adjust that tensioner all the way in first. There will also be a couple of springs with retainers holding the pads in place. There will be a notch in the retainer, you'll have to push down and twist 90 degrees to release retainers and springs. They make a special tool, but you can use a pliers or vice grip if you're careful. Don't loose the pin or spring and retainer. Clean everything with brake cleaner and start to re-assemble.

SOURCE: how to remove starter for 2002 chrysler town &

There are two bolts to remove, opposite sides. One is a normal bolt, the other one is hidden by wires. Remove the nut on the ground wire, remove the ground wire, use deep socket over this to remove the bolt. It's easier than you think, about an hour and a half total.

SOURCE: How to remove a rear wiper arm on a 2000 chrysler

If the wiper arm has a cover that pops up,or is pressed on to the wiper motor shaft will be the determining factor, of how easy or hard it will be.
You may need a special puller to get the arm off,or it may just be bolted
on,and have to pry it up and off, without damaging the window.Good luck.

How do i remove the 2nd row out of my town & country

There are two handles to be used on the side of the seat. One allows seat to fold forward and the other allows it to lift forward. There is a bar under the front of the seat which releases the cams which hold the seat mounts. Hope this helps.

Remove third row headrest

Pull the headrest up toward the ceiling as far as you are able. There is a small plastic button on the side of one of the metal mounting rods (that go down into the seat). Depress and hold the button and pull up again. The headrest will come right out.

Can u tell me where the fuse location for the center consolt lights on a chrysler voyager

In the U.S. the Chrysler Voyager was discontinued in 2003, but in Mexico and other parts of the world continues to market in 2004, the Chrysler Voyager was integrated to the line Town and Country, so the manuals are only available in the Town and Country.

The Heated Mirrors, Lower Instrument Panel Power Outlet and Removable Floor Console, when in the front position are fused with self resetting fuses that are only serviceable by an authorized dealer. The power seats are fused by a 30 Amp circuit breaker located under the driver's seat. The PowerWindows are fused by a 25 Amp circuit breaker located under the instrument panel near the steering column. Check there and look the label in the inside cover,
just remove the black filler panel.

Additional details cpuld find in the Owners Manual. Hope this helps.
