You will need some stud seal, and a torque wrench, can be done without one like but!! make sure woodruff key is in, it is on a tapered shaft slide it on, torque it up think 25 30 ft lbs, drop of thread seal first on the bolt threads. also called stud lock.

SOURCE: Hello, I am looking for technical information

It sounds like it might be flooding or the timing might be out of wack. iw ould start by letting it sit for 30 minutes and try restarting the bike,.If it starts and then dies again have the throttle leaned a bit. If that is not the issue have the timing adjusted

SOURCE: Yamaha warrior chain.

HELLO; Heres all you should have to do this, set your quad up on a atv jack or on a milk cartoon.Loosen the four bolts that hold the rear bearing carrior and back off your adjusters then push the carrier forward till it stops, relay your chain and adjust it leaveing a little slack, tighten your mounting bolts then, something I do, spin the rear tires to see if the slack is right if not loosen the bolts and proceed again with the proceedure turning out the adjusters a little more look at the chain as you dothis and you will see the slack in the chain on the top. GOOD LUCK.

Yamaha yfm 350 warrior wont keep idle

Replace the idle jet (don't clean) with a new one from a Yamaha OEM only $5.00 & make sure the idle mixture adjustment on the bottom of the carb. is set 3 1/2 turns out from seated in (a brass screw ---Don't over tighten & break off the needle tip). Also , be sure the choke is all the way off or it won't idle either.

How do i remove the magneto flywheel from a yamaha dt 175 1991 model? tapered or threaded shaft?

You will need a flywheel puller, ( dealer can sell you one > low cost ), and a hammer.
Remove the nut and washer holding the flywheel. Now screw the puller into the flywheel as far as it will easily go. Be sure to back off the pullers' center screw when mounting puller. Tighten the center screw REALLY tight then firmly strike the center of the puller screw with a medium size hammer. Alternate tightening the center screw and striking with the hammer. To tighten the center screw you will want to strike the screw handel with medium hammer force. A few blows with the hammer should pop the flywheel.
