look in the fuse block under the hood or if it's having a problem starting look for the fuse in the fuse block under the hood or in the fuse block under the dash

It is referred to as the main relay as it has another function. It is under the hood mounted to the firewall by a single screw see photo

Check the fuel filter. It might not be a bad idea to do a tune up.

check for spark, and fuel pressure

The fuel relay should be under the speedometer, and the ecm should be under the passenger seat.

Carb problems. Sounds like the choke is not working.

i don't know what you mean clear the lines?? if it ran out of gas and wont restart check the fuel pump.

Not sure where you can find a picture besides a repair manual, but the sensor is located on the pass side of the car below where the lower radiator hose hooks up to the engine, look straight down you will see a sensor with three wires going into it, two 10mm bolts hold it down.

If you car is fuel injected the pump is probably inside the gas tank!

You can check under the floor mats back in the hatch/trunk to see if you have an access panel. The pump sits right under it.
