Phone or email the company and cancel your account, Some firms will not cancel , the only way then is go to your bank tell them you have lost your card they will replace it with another account number . and the company will no longer be able to take your money.

There is no fee for facebook. If there was any, then the membership wpould have been less that 25% of its present strength. You cant cancel membership once acquired. Just do not use it.

Using IF function or filter to generate the membership type and create a VLOOKUP for that..... Or using filter function you could create a pivot and insert the specific formula per type in that.
