Question about 2005 Honda CRF 250 R
There is the inside fork damper that should contains around 195-200 ml but you d'ont have to open it when you only service fork seals.....but to be honest you better do it cause it is the hydraulic of you're forks and you wanna have clean oil passing tru the valving......the outside contains normally 371ml ....if this helps leave good feed back!
