Remove the glow plug wire and there are just a few bolts that hold the head on. Just make sure you install the new head with the head shims like they were under the original head.

i'm new to revos two but i just bought a couple and had the same problem with one of them, make sure your glow plug is ok or just replace it and adjust your high speed needle, i'm in oregon i had to richen mine about 1/4 turn. i also noticed both of the models i got were set differently from the factory. there's info on traxxas website on where the factory needle settings should be.
