Question about 1982 Yamaha XJ 650
Horn only blows when riding down rd. 40 mph. and up. only clicks when under that or at idle
If you have a battery that is getting a bit long in the tooth, this will happen, the horn believe it or not is the highest current drain device on your bike, the battery will only be getting charged up enough to operate the horn when you are riding,if the battery is a good one and not very old,you may find that the charging system is getting tired, but i would go with first option
