Ah ha, never greased it hey? It actualy goes through the engine cases, at the rear. I have heard of using a sawzall to cut it between the swing arm and engine case. It is not going to be fun. You may have to remove the engine then, and use a little heat, just be careful. Good luck

Side to side play in front sprocket on 02 cr250r

If you look at the case , you should see a cast spacer in it. If the sprocket "Rocks" on the shaft, you may have some debris on the case mating face (the inside of the sprocket) - remove the sprocket and clean the shaft and mating face to make sure there is no debris. When the sprocket securing nut is fitted, the sprocket should have no noticeable rocking. Make sure the nut is torqued to the correct setting.

How do I get the impeller for the water pump off

Need to take off the right crankcase cover, hold the pump's gear from inside and unbolt the impeller from the outside.
The impeller's axle (with the gear) is threaded and the impeller bolts on to it.

Can not remove swingarm pivot bolt

Secure the bike with the rear tire off the ground.

Take the nut off the one side of the pivot bolt.

Now get a rubber mallet or deadblow, and beat that pivot bolt hard a few hits
Don't be afraid to hit it hard, because thats what it'll take to get it out.
DO NOT use a hammer and beat the threads or mushroom the end of the pivot bolt or you'll never get it out unless you cut it off.

use one hand to hold the swingarm while tapping the bolt, which will take a little pressue off the bolt making it slide out with each tap.

Before reassemble, clean the bolt and the threads.

How to make , and what do I need for swingarm FLSTF 250

Are you asking how to make a swingarm for a 1993 Fat Boy? If so, I would advise against doing this. These parts are specifically designed to meet certain safety standards. Unless you're an accomplished engineer, machinist, and welder, it would be better to simply purchase the rear swingarm. That's unless you want to build a custom swingarm in which case it's all up to you.
