The code is for the sensor 1 bank 2. That would be the O2 sensor closest to the bulkhead before the catalytic converter. As far as the buzzing noise, I'd make sure all of your grounds are good, and if they are, I'd look at the alternator having electrical noise where a suppressor is needed.
Make sure the idle "kick up" is operating. This sensor idles the engine up so that the A/C doesn't drag the engine down.

You need to take this to a dealer, I think you may have an issue with the injector circuit, possible a defective PCM or wiring issue to the injectors, I don't think that the injectors themselves are the cause.

Check the faults on your code reader, if you do have a misfire on a particular cylinder try swapping coil packs and see if the misfire changes cylinder. Is it a 2.0 turbo? I have come across many with air leaks, causing rough running.

The battery light coming on means the charging system cannot manage the demand on the system - i.e weak battery, defective alternator, bad regulator...
Changing parts doesn't necessarily mean the replacements are working. Measure the voltage on the battery with the car running, you should see 13.7 to 15.1 volts. Turn on the headlamps, rear defogger, etc (put the system under load), you should stay in the same range.
Assuming all of your electrical connections are good, the symptoms point to the alternator/regulator - these are integrated into one unit.

Sounds like there is a blown piston, to be sure have a compression test done on that #2 cylinder, if the reading is low, then you'll know.
A friend of mine had a 95 that did simular things only a little more,
it started smoking, dash lights flickered, etc. Finally, he had to get rid of it, the piston rod went through the engine block.
