Suzuki boulevard c 50 will not go past half throttle?

I have a 2005 Suzuki boulevard c 50. Anything over half throttle and the engine starts to bog down. Other than that is runs perfect. No idle or normal accelerating problems.

If you have an air compressor and air gun tip simply

insert the tip into the grip and apply air but

you need to remove the vibration dampeners first

SOURCE: Suzuki 2009 DR-Z 250 won't rev past half throttle

I would have it checked out. I know that it has limitors on it but it shouldn't be half throttle. It should rev as soon as you start twisting the trottle.

SOURCE: Bogs down at 50 mph or over

this is an air intake problem check the air filter is clean also check air filter is the same model as original as some air filters require a carb retune to function properly

SOURCE: 2005 C-50 Suzuki Boulevard - A back fire occurs

For pollution control, the bike is equipped with a pair valve. It injects air into the exhaust to burn wasted fuel. Many companies sell block off plates to remove the pair valves since they are so annoying.

2005 Suzuki C50 Boulevard wheels on Earth will find but will not crank?

Question edited for a bit more clarity, but not sure what what you mean about 'wheels on earth' and 'will find but will not crank'?
Question moved to a Boulevard Category.

Do you mean it cranks, but doesn't 'fire' or start?

Your engine only needs three things

1. Clean fuel and supplied to the engine. yours is injected, so it needs fuel pump pressure.

2. You need Compression. You can measure that with a gauge.

3. A spark at the right time.

Setting idle

If you have carbs:

http://www.bikebandit.com/2005-suzuki-boulevard-c90-vl1500-carburetor/o/m147639sch503698

Part #60 adjusts both carbs' idle speed evenly.

If you have throttle bodies:

http://www.bikebandit.com/2005-suzuki-boulevard-c90-vl1500-throttle-body/o/m147639sch506971

Part # 14 should adjust the idle speed on both.

Bike turns on and runs, but won't go over a certain speed without bogging. I cleaned the tank, filter, and put new fuel. Still bogs. Will run 45-50 mph at full throttle.

Try taking the carburetor float bowl off and check to see if anything got in there. I posted you a problem I had with my bike. I turned the throttle and the engine just died. As soon as I let off the throttle the engine would start running again. Found a powdery rust like substance in the nut in the bottom of the bowl. Kept gas from going up the main jet when I cracked open the throttle. My bike is an old Harley but carburetors pretty much work the same way however they may look. Give it a try, you said you tried everything else. You may even be able to take the float bowl off without removing the carburetor from the bike. Let us know if you had any luck.
