Are you asking where the adjustments are, or what to set them at for your particular weight, riding style, and road surface? I suspect the latter and if that's the case - ARE YOU SERIOUS? There have been dozens if not hundreds of whole books written about that. No one can explain it to you in a couple sentences.
You should have received a small card with your XB9 that details how to set up the suspension for different conditions. If you didn't, Im sure you can get a copy from a Buell dealer. I'm afraid I don't have one otherwise I could copy it for you.

I bought a used 01 Yam 660 in 09. I've been reading about a gearing glitch that effects 2nd gear. I've recently experienced hard shifting OUT of 2nd into 3rd. I'm tempted to change out the shifter drum like someone mentioned. A later 02 model is harder and has better defined teeth than the 01 original. Are all later year 660 shifter drums interchangeable or what years would work as an upgrade replacement? I can't spend much and don't want to overhaul the entire tranny. I just want to correct the problem with upgraded parts if possible. Any advise?
