Question about 2002 Honda XR 200
I have a 1983 honda big red with similar issues causing no spark aside from cleaning everything and changing from cheapest parts to next expensive till you find problem part there is no real testing to do, unless you have another bike like it and can swap parts process of elimination is all you can do really start with plug then ,coil, then cdi .........
I would first try a new plug, then coil. If this is the original coil, it is not unlikely that is your problem. Check and see if a small engine shop near you might have a tester for a coil. That might help, you can also find a coil on ebay pretty cheap.
