Need more information than "won't start" ie is it clicking, nothing at all, turning over but won't start etc. Neutral switch is a neutral light switch, is the neutral light on? If the Motorcycle is in gear the clutch lever must be pulled in. If it is an HDI model is the Jiffy stand down and the transmission in gear ie are you in neutral or in gear with the kickstand down etc. ???

Here are possibilities:

If the starter motor does not operate or does not
turn the engine over is the engine run switch in the OFF position; is the Ignition switch in the IGNITION position which it needs to be; is the battery discharged or are there loose or corroded connections in which case likely the solenoid will be chattering; is the starter control circuit, relay, or solenoid faulty, (need to go through each element); OR is the starter shaft pinion gear not engaging or is the overrunning
clutch slipping; OR is the TSM/TSSM/HFSM Bank Angle Sensor tripped and the ignition switch has not been cycled OFF then back to IGNITION position OR is the Security system activated in which case it will have to be de-activated.
Do other electrical systems work such as horn, lights etc. If not maybe the Main fuse is blown or not in place. Is the battery installed wrong/backwards. Is the ground underneath on the transmission case properly installed, clean and tight etc.

Lots of power, dash lights up but no ignition power to starter, relay changed, neutral start switch changed, fuses good.

Well, looking at the schematic, there is the IGN A (Fuse 6) in the under-hood fuse block feeding power to both the ignition switch and to the NO contact of the starter relay. Turning the ignition switch to the START position sends this voltage thru the CRANK (Fuse 8) in the instrument panel fuse block and thru the PARK/NEUTRAL position switch, thru the starter relay coil to ground. This should activate the Starter relay and pass voltage to the starter solenoid to ground, activating it. One the starter solenoid activates, batter power is sent to the starter motor, activating it. If, as you say, the fuses are good, the starter relay was replaced and is good, and the Park/Neutral position switch was replaced and is good, then then only items left are the ignition switch itself, the starter solenoid/motor, or the wiring of the circuit.

Wont start

You could possibly get better answers IF you'd give the YEAR/MAKE/MODEL of whatever you're asking about!

Just to give an example, from the same amount of information you gave, can YOU tell me what YEAR/MAKE/MODEL my beige truck is?

2000 chev cavalier wont click or start could it be a relay

Could be the starter solenoid.
The key switch sends power to the solenoid thru the neutral safety switch. You would need to check for power on the purple wire at the solenoid when the key switch is in the start position.

99 sable won't start, replaced battery, starter, alternator, but still wont even crank. code reader also said map sensor so it was reset worked for alittle but now nothing

If the car does not have a security system, I would check for voltage at the starter from the battery and from the key switch.
The power from the key switch goes thru the neutral safety switch before getting to the starter.

Bike wont start in gear anymore

Check for a broken wire at the Start solinoid. Cross the solinoid to see if the starter does work. Check for power at the S terminal. check to see if the Neutral switch has power thru it in neutral.

1975 dodge 440 runs great but after tinkering with it it wont sta

I guess it runs if you jump it at the starter??? if so, power comes from the ign switch to the trans (neutral start switch, then to the Starter relay, then to the starter. so ck all that wiring an dsee if maybe you knocked something loose, or try to start it in neutral.

Wont start

there is a part called a neutral safety switch that allow you to only start the engine in park or neutral position, it is on the transmission and may be the problem here.
